Landan Colafrancesco has been involved in the construction and forestry industries for over 20 years. He worked in the heavy civil industry starting as an equipment operator and worked his way to various positions in operations and personnel management. Recruiting and building strong teams were all successful ventures for Colafrancesco. Through his experience, he learned the importance of building teams who could adhere to environmental and safety compliance standards.  Building and managing successful teams while helping people find value in their work to achieve personal goals has been his passion. Now as a construction industry recruiter and consultant, Colafrancesco is poised to share his experience and expertise with a wide range of companies in the construction industry.
